What each one actually is
Screpy
Screpy is a web tool that bundles several jobs together: crawling a site, tracking keyword positions, watching page speed and checking whether a site is up. There is nothing to download. It has been sold as a lifetime deal on a marketplace at $59, $118 and $177, and it also sells a monthly subscription. Every lifetime tier lists 5,000 crawl pages per project, and the tiers differ by how many projects you get.
Fullsweep
Fullsweep does one job: it crawls a whole site, checks every page against a published list of rules, and tells you the six things to fix first. There is nothing to download and nothing to configure. One payment covers every site you look after, with no cap on projects and no cap on pages.
Where Screpy is better than us
These are real, and they are not going to be fixed by us writing a nicer sentence about them.
It does more than crawl
Keyword positions, page speed and uptime are all inside Screpy. If you want one tool that covers several jobs for a small budget, that is a real advantage and we do not have an answer to it.
It tracks keyword positions
Their listing includes 100 tracked keywords per project. Fullsweep does not track positions at all and has no plan to. It is a different job.
It has years of customers behind it
Their marketplace listing carries hundreds of reviews and years of customer history. That track record is worth something, and we respect it. Judge us by the free check instead: run one on a site you know and compare what comes back.
